The turnaround is 12 working days from placing an order.

Please carefully choose your fabric base and the size you want. We recommend reading this description in full.

Choice of bases:

1) Organic Cotton Drill - 250gsm, 100% Cotton

2) Woven Cotton - 130gsm, 100% Cotton

3) Upholstery Velvet - 380gsm, 100% Polyester, FR

4) French Velvet - 280gsm, 100% Polyester

5) Waterproof Canvas - 200gsm, 100% Polyester

6) Linen Look - 280gsm, 100% Recycled Polyester

 Choice of Sizes:

A) 30cm x 30cm - 12" x 12"

B) 35.5cm x 35.5cm - 14" x 14"

C) 40.5cm x 40.5cm 16" x 16"

D) 45cm x 45cm 18" x 18"

E) 50cm x 50cm 20"x20"

F) 40cm x 50cm 16" x 20"

Sizes may vary around 3%, if you require custom size - please get in touch - dorota@flamingofabrics.co.uk

Important Info:

- We don't check the file and don't send previews for panel files - make sure your file is suitable for printing

- The quality of the file you send will impact the quality of printed fabric

- if you send a file from your phone that's usually very small and low resolution it will result in poor quality print.

- If you would like us to help with creating or adjusting a panel please get in touch.

The best resolution is 300dpi. If your file is very low resolution and/or small size we will do our best to enlarge it preserving details and sharpness but some blurriness and loss of detail may occur - especially if you choose the large panel.

The larger the size of the image, the better the quality of print.

For photo printing:

Most photos are in 2:3 size ratio like this photo:

If you choose the square panel size, please send the cropped image.

If the full image is sent and the square size chosen we will crop the photo to fit.

Here is an example how the cropped photo looks like:

You can upload the file before you add this product to the cart or send your files to info@customprintfabrics.co.uk with your order number.

In case of large files we recommend using free service www.wetransfer.com

Please make sure you give your order number in the email. Failure to provide the order number may result in a delay.

Turnaround:

1. The turnaround for custom printing is currently 5-7 working days from the day you place your order
2. Please note there may be delays with your order that are outwith our control. We will keep you updated via email.

Delivery:

1. Your order will be dispatched via DPD courier for next day delivery.
2. You will receive and email and text with notification of the dispatch and tracking number.
3. It is your responsibility to provide accurate address, and to receive or reschedule missed delivery.
4. If your parcel is returned to us due to address error or failure to collect we will charge an additional postage.
5. In case of any problems with delivery please contact us on dorota@flamingofabrics.co.uk or info@customprintfabrics.co.uk and we will do our best to help.

Returns and Refunds:

1. Custom printed fabrics with your own design are not returnable unless flawed.
2. Please note that, on occasion, very small white dots may occur on the print. This is normal for digital fabric printing and is not considered a flaw.
3. In case of any problems with your order please let us know via email to dorota@flamingofabrics.co.uk or info@customprintfabrics.co.uk and we will do our best to resolve it.
4. We thoroughly check the fabrics before dispatch but if you received the fabric that is flawed or faulty we will offer you following options: partial refund depending on scale of the flaw or in case of major flaws or faults we may offer you a reprint.
